New Accounts
All orders for new accounts are C.O.D., Proforma, or VISA/MasterCard/AMEX
until approved credit has been established.
Back Orders
Manufacturer reserves the right to ship partial shipments
and place remaining items on back order, unless indicated
otherwise on the purchase order.
Credit &
Terms
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, company check, and C.O.D.
as method of payment. We hope that by offering this service,
it will provide cost savings for you and speed up the processing
of your order. An open account may be established with a
minimum order of $150.00 net and approved credit. Credit
applications must be filled out in order to establish credit.
All invoices for established accounts are Net 30 with a
late charge of 1.5% per month (18%APR). Accounts inactive
for a 12-month period will automatically be closed and subject
to the above conditions before re-establishing their account.
Overdue Invoices
Any invoice not paid within the 30 day period will be subject
to a late fee of $10.00 and 1.5% per month (18%APR). The
account will also return to C.O.D., Proforma, or VISA/MasterCard/AMEX
until their account is re-established.
Sample Ring
Orders
The terms on ALL individual sample ring orders showing our
handcrafted finishes are C.O.D., Proforma, or VISA/MasterCard.
If the sample ring accompanies other products in an order,
regular terms apply (see above for New Accounts and Credit
& Terms). Cost for sample rings: $35.00 ea wholesale.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed as received and we make every effort
to meet your delivery requirements. Please allow 3-6 weeks
for delivery. All items are shipped FedEx Ground/Express
or best Common Carrier. Shipping/handling charges will be
based on the weight/volume of the order.
Returns
All returns must be approved, and no return will be accepted
without a factory authorization number. A 20% restocking
fee will be charged on all returns. No returns on specialty
and metal finishes: WB*, TB*, MPL*, RT*, GL**, SL**, BMB*,
BI, and OC. All returns must be reported no later than 7
days of receipt. We request that all merchandise be inspected
immediately for freight damage and the appropriate freight
damage claim be filed with the carrier.
Cancellation
Policy
There is a 24hr policy on all cancelled orders. Any orders
cancelled after the 24-hr period will incur a 20% restocking
fee. No exceptions.
Rush Orders
Any order rushed to ship within a 5-10 day period will be
subject to a 20% RUSH CHARGE. No exceptions.
Shipping for
Poles Over 104” in Length
Any drapery pole over 104” in length will be shipped
by truck. The rate for truck shipping averages about $78.00.
Call us for a rate to your location. Residential and COD
fees apply.
Note: Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
All decorative indoor products are hand-finished; therefore,
finishes may differ slightly. Products may chip or scratch
when exposed to high traffic areas.
