Resin Solutions, Inc. is capable of casting many types of products and parts for all types of industries. Those industries include: artists, distributors, other manufacturers, historic preservationists, construction companies, hospitality industry, lighting industry, and much, much more.

Resin Solutions uses all of the latest technology and filler applications used in the resin casting industry.
Polyester and Polyurethane are the main types of resin used in production. These types of materials allow
for many applications. Through the many different fillers and pigments that RSI uses, they are able to give different properties to a product. Various examples include fire retardation, high strength up to 3000 PSI, flexibility, weight, and color to name a few.

• Finishing Capabilities
  Not only do we cast our pieces to be distributed unfinished, but also, finished. RSI has over 50
  different hand crafted finishes in house. We provide both exterior and interior finishes on all of our
  cast products.
• Quantities
  RSI is set up to manufacture runs from 1 up to an unlimited amount. The only factors that play a part
  in the process are the time frame on the quantity desired. The time frame will let RSI know how
  many molds need to be produced in order to meet the client’s deadline.
• How To Get Started
  If you are in the idea stage of your product, you will need to pursue an original design or “plug”. Resin
  Solutions will be happy to provide you with contact information for various artists if you do not already
  have one in mind. We are able to take molds off of clay, glass, wood, etc. There are very few materials
  that RSI cannot mold.
• Request a Price Quotation
  In order to get a price quotation, we need a sketch or picture of your product along with dimensions.
  Once we are ready to begin, a set-up charge, or mold charge applies. This is directly related to the size
  and quantities needed on the product.

After the mold is made, there will be a per piece price. There are no minimums on casting off of your
mold. Once it is paid for, you own the mold and all rights that go along with it.
